Dear customer,
As part of our commitment to provide the best possible infrastructure for your business, we’re notifying you of emergency network maintenance that may affect your service. This maintenance does not require you to take any action and all Cato’s platform enhancements will be available upon completion of the maintenance work. We encourage you to read the details below.

Maintenance scope:
Software Services

Maintenance Work Description:
Emergency maintenance to stabilize our software and reload the services. We will take best care to perform this as quickly and gracefully as possible with limited impact to your traffic.

Impact:
We are making all efforts to ensure that you will have no downtime during this maintenance. However, you may still experience:
* Intermittent Inbound and Outbound packets latency and timeouts
* Short and temporary service disconnections

Estimated amount of downtime:
During the maintenance window, actual maintenance operation takes approx. 30sec. until network upgrade is complete.
