The issue with our vendor impacting Shanghai is now resolved, and the service has returned to normal. We will continue monitoring.

Dear customer, 

One of our carriers is having issues in the network, causing service packet loss. We identified the symptom and working with the vendor to fully mitigate it.

Increased latency and possible packet loss might appear during this time, as sockets and VPN clients moved to Beijing PoP.
