Cato's Engineering has identified application fault triggered by configuration update within several of the US PoPs causing service disruption.

The net effect of this was that certain flows/connections which were being processed by the relevant POP were dropped leading to disconnections and sessions termination.

Mishandling of Cato management configuration led to segmentation fault in some of the POP code sequences

Resolution and Remediation
Issue was mitigated, bug was fixed and fully patched in all relevant PoPs.

Dear customer, 

One of our carriers is having issues in the network, causing sporadic service packet loss. We identified the symptom and working with the vendor to fully mitigate it.

Increased latency and possible packet loss might appear during this time.
